Luis Menmoeza

First things first. Now I think we need to give Moe two minutes for bearding. This has to be one of my favorite pictures to date for a number of reasons. 1. It has Moe in some gnarly facial hair. 2. It employs something to cover Moe's hair (the helmet) which for a change does not look overly huge. 3. The picture shows off Moe's manly side. 4. It gives a chance to reveal the new Erial Dropkick Away uniform. I have to admit though this was the first picture that I did not have Moe poise in outfit for, instead I used this picture of Jason Smith as a reference tool. Don't you feel like the testosterone level in your body has increased just by looking at that picture. It was a hard fought battle for the advertisement space in this picture, but ultimately Powerade forked over more money to beat out Chico's Bail Bonds. I had thought about putting fans behind the glass in the background, but I have a job and a wife. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Little Bunny Moe Moe

Happy Easter! Nothing says the pinnacle event of the Christian faith like a rabbit that lays colorful eggs and brings candy to children. Moe makes another appearance as an animal, hopefully he will enjoy this one more than the last. I decided to make it more of a rabbit suit than having Moe be completely a rabbit. The whiskers were hard to make look decent, but I am happy with the way the rest of the picture came out. There are fifteen easter eggs, see if you can find them all. This picture was a reader's suggestion: living proof that if you give me an idea that I like, can produce, and think is mildly amusing or relevant I will try to draw it at some point at my leisure. Q: What do you call ten rabbits marching backwards?A: A receding hareline.

Navamoe

"One little, two little, three little Moeys." Although this is the third brand new picture I am posting it is the first that I started working on after my sabbatical. I kept coming back to it until it was finally finished. I like how the background turned out with the rock landscape and the fire. What I learned from this picture is that if you drawn something very crudely on a very small scale, but in the right proportions it will come out looking good. After coming up with the initial idea for having a smoke signal message I thought of various funny or population inclusive messages, but decided on "Hey Victor" because of its relevance and fond memories. I know that this picture is perpetuating various stereotypes of the Native American culture, but most of my pictures have done that just not in any controversial way. If any of my pictures have offended anyone I will take you out to Denny's and buy you a grand slam.

Moeicide King

Beware of the King of Hearts. This one took me a while, and even though there is not really anything done to Moe's face itself I think it came out pretty well. Once the online store is up and running I'll be sure to have a full pack of cards for sale with Moe as every card. Good thing this is a playing card and not a Tarot card or else Moe would be in grave danger. "I said, 'Grave danger.' You said —Jessep: I know what I said." This is my second attempt at the picture, my first attempt turned out quite differently: I mean he still looked like a king, just not the one I was looking for. I did my best to stay as close to one picture of a king of hearts as I could; the biggest difference is that I used black to outline most things and there is the absence of blue. I have a few other ideas brewing about having Moe play an integral part in some games. Maybe you will be dealt another king and hopefully cowboys will hold up.

Super Moerio Bros.

"It's me, Moerio!" Mario first appeared in the arcade game Donkey Kong as a character named "Jumpman". They did not have the space to give him a mouth or ears, and they could not animate hair, which resulted in Mario getting a moustache, sideburns, and a cap to bypass these problems. I just put them on Moe because it makes him look silly. For years now Moe has been trying to get into a video game... Well here you go buddy, done and done. I know the mustache could look better but after a few tries I ended up settling with this one. It isn't the best facial hair of the bunch, but I think the rest of the picture makes up for it. It is cool that the sky color of Super Mario Bros. is close to the original background color of the Moe picture. Maybe we will continue a video game theme somewhere in the future: Sonic? Kid Chameleon? Duke Nukem? Mario 3? Now there is only one thing left to do [music starts] "Do the Moerio! Swing your arms from side to side, come on it time to go to the Moerio. Take one step and then again, lets do the Moerio all together now. Come on now. Just like that."

Cavemoe

I attempted to play Scrabble with a cavemoe, he was not even able to spell "Grunt" and "Agh", and "probably spelt library with one R". However, he does spell "forty-two".. This is the last old picture that I made in 2007 but never got around to posting a blog on about it. Anytime you get to draw a picture that includes massive amounts of body hair it is a win-win for everyone involved. It seems, however, that the big-wigs in the advertising world have somehow hacked into my computer and have seen the previously unpublished face of moe. They are now making a killing out of his popularity. I am not asking for much guys, maybe just a buck here and there and a mention of the website? I am very happy with the color of the ground. For some reason it works. The dinosaur looks like a happy fellow, hopefully he doesn't eat Moe and we can have another new picture in a couple of days. Stay tuned. Moebama or Clitmoen?

It has been a long hiatus, but the masses have spoken and they want to know who Moe is going to vote for in the Presidential election this year. Seen here posing with Bush (before Moe was told that presidents can now only hold office for two terms) Moe shows us once again why he was voted "Biggest Guber-natorial" in jr. high. That pin might just be worth something someday. Now lets get into the debate. Moe is still not totally sure who he is going to vote for.. mainly because they have yet to comment on the policies that will likely sway his vote. These topics include "Salsa Exportation Tax", "Root Beer being renamed Root Drink", and the question of "While in office will you fake the funk?" A wise man once said "Vote or Die" and I will Mr. Combs, I most certainly will.
